Need help

Do you have remote steering & controls or is this a tiller engine? If it's remote I would first start checking the linkages at the engine to see if the gear shift and throttle linkages move properly. If they don't move freely, disconnect the cables from the linkage and see if they move freely by hand. If they move freely by hand then you need to start investigating your cables and control box.

Yes there is steering
 
Checked the gear oil ?-----Does it run OK in neutral , but stall when you put it in gear ?----What trouble shooting have you done??----What tools / test equipment do you have?
 
Post #1 and post #13 do not agree, makes no sense to me now.----Explain in some detail what is happening.----Is this a jet unit ?
 
Sometime the boat will reverse but no enough power he reverse to slow and most of the time have no reverse…and went we check it we put the controller in reverse we try to rotate the propeller it skippage
