Need help with my 98 Johnson 115 v4 have video

I got the boat a couple weeks ago. Noticed it was real sluggish last time we took it out. Rebuilt and cleaned the carbs. Drained fuel and put in new with seafoam. Changed plugs also. Did compression test all around 110. Did a spark test at idle and seemed to me that it was real spurattic. Noticed small blue/purple spark and when the motor would miss or straighten up I'd see a long orange spark?

The boat would take forever to plain out. While under load it would jump as if I hit a log. Which from what I've heard that could be the dog clutch. I don't think it's jumping outa gear tho? It jump jumps hard and u feel it on the steering wheel and throttle. I might have 2 issues? Idk. Anyone help?
