Need help with Fuel/oil mix

New to this forum. Looks very informative.

I bought a 4.0 hp Johnson Model # J4RCEC S/N 7938254 Belgium is under the S/N.

I need to know the Gas/Oil mixture so I can get her running.

Can anyone help out with this?
