"I need help with a 1993 115hp Johnson. Sometimes when running over 4200rpm overheat alarm sounds, seems to have enough water pressure. Also engine seams to be running lean,and sometimes have to hit choke to keep running. Engine has been totally rebuilt."

and i would repl the water pump kit,and thermostats,.......which,..should have been done during overhaul....but many cut corners!
is it running lean,at HS or LS?"
