ive just purchased a 1983 boat with a omc 3.8l engine. i dont know where to start when i bought the boat i was told it hadnt run since 2010 and at that time it was in need of contact points. my local parts store doesnt have a listing for any such item. also it has no spark suggestions? also along with that the tilt works on the throttle handle but the trim on the dash only clicks at the solonoids? any ideas what to look for to solve that issue? any help will be greatly appreciated
