Need help please,engine maybe blown up 305ci 4bbl 230hp

I just got my boat last years,was running great but alway had hard time to reach 3000rpm since i got it,after 3000rpm the boat was fine.When i got my boat ready for the summer i looked at the oils looked really good(only 30hours since the oils change)after starting it up it was running great for a boat that had a 6month nap.First attemp on water was a dead batery this years,i charged up the baterry and started right away the next month,after 5minute in water the boat started to run rough i tried to get it at 3000rpm but started to backfire.When i got home i flushed it as alway(5minute flushing on idle)and working fine on the trailer.The next morning and i checked the oils,the oil was milky like it had water in it,head was milk next the oils cover,i did a compression test

Left:125-80-130-140
right:130-130-130-124

Symtom:Water in 3 cylinder,rust on one spark plug,water in oils/milky oils/backfire/no power/low compression

Alway had trouble to stay on idle.
What could it be?

sounds like a leaking manifold or riser allowing water into the exaust port. Do you know how it was winterized?

Ressemble à un collecteur de fuite ou une colonne montante permettant l'eau dans l'orifice d'échappement. Savez-vous comment il a été hiverné?
 
They said they removed water fromt he outdrive riser and manifold and engine block but i figuered out there was 1L or 2L of water when i opened the drain tap,is this enough to crack the block?Other side is perfectly fine,i figured out my comperession test was false.My throttle was not wide open,ill take a compresion check now.
