Hello there...
I have been bought my first boat here in Denmark. and now i have to get some licens, but when i but my serial number in every websites, i really can´t find the motor year...
Mercury 25HP - 2 Stroke made in Belgium
The pictures is not so good, but i think i have identify the "serial number" to be: 09705326 https://imgur.com/gb6D6f3
There is another number there is cast in the motor: https://imgur.com/WXjihGp
