Need help identifiying two old outboards

"these have been in my grandmas garage for some time

the blue one i think is a light twin

and the silver a sport twin

i don't know for sure, and i dont know the years

the silver one ran 15 years ago, has good compression and i beilive to be complete

and the blue one is unknown, missing a cover it has compression but not as good as the blue motor, and the recoil wont retract.

i'd like to know what i could fetch for these as a pair, my grandmas buick rendivous needs a new wheel bearing and i'm hoping these could offset the price some.
