need help finding a part 1989 351

I have an 89 351 5.8 cobra outdrive. There is a hose that looks like a cooling hose,not the exhaust bellow. I cant find the part number for it.The hose looks like it is 1 3/4 opening

Could you give us a clue as to where it goes, does it attach to the T-stat housing?

Item 37, HOSE, Water inlet, P/N 0911830

Keep in mind I know almost nothing about boats, motors, OMC drives, etc, BUT I am trying to learn. Since the OP mentioned exhaust bellows, it seems to me that the inlet hose is the likely part. I just finished re-attaching the inlet hose on my boat to the water inlet nipple. How it came detached, I'll never know. I just got the boat.
