Need help - 2024 Mercury 225 HP ProXS

I am looking for help. I was taking the cowling off my 2024 Mercury 225 HP ProXS. As the cowling was being removed, a plastic part came loose and fell into the boat. I am enclosing photos of the part. Can anyone PLEASE identify this part and inform me as to where it goes on the motor? I cannot figure out where it came from.

I am a new member and this is my first post. I attached 2 photos from my computer, however, I do not see the photos in my post. Are the photos visible?
 
No pictures visible. You need a certain number of posts before you can post pictures and they can’t be over a certain size. You can post them to an image hosting site, then post a link to that site- or get a few more posts under your belt and post the pictures here

Thank you very much for the reply, I greatly appreciate it as this is driving me crazy!!
My engine serial number is - 3B466693.
There are 2 pictures in the imgur attachment.
I believe what you are wanting to see is in the second photo.
Please let me know if the second photo is what you are looking for.

I have a 2023 Verado so same motor as yours, just different attachments. The pic shows the inside of my cowling, and there is a black plastic piece on only one side of it. Mine doesn't go in very far, so it's short

The only other thing it might be for is to protect wiring. The 2 pieces on the one side appear to be how it attaches to something

That absolutely is the piece.
Thank you so much AllDodge for sending that to me and for helping with this!!!
Do you have any idea as to what the purpose of that piece is?
I'm looking at your photo but I cant figure out what its purpose is.
 
No real clue why it's there, it is close to the alternator so maybe something with it. It might vibrate a little and this keeps it stiffer, maybe :unsure:
