"It is a 1960. It uses a J-6J (or its replacement)spark plug gapped at .30, points set at .20, and 1/2 a pint to the gallon fuel/oil mixture. Some will tell you that with today's better oil that you can use less oil in the mixture, but I wouldn't take that advice. Unless someone can confirm otherwise, I've heard that these motors have brass bearings in them (I do NOT know for sure as I have not taken one apart). I found this info in "The Old Outboard Book", so the credit goes to the author. If you are into old outboard motors at all, it is great reading.
