Bought last fall, replaced impeller and she drove like a top. Pulled the cowling off the upper unit and found the wires are corroded. What guage or quality should I be looking at to replace these wires? Or should I be looking at a complete wiring harness since these are over 30 years old?
My intention was to go back on the wire and just splice in new connections. Bad idea? Good idea? If bad idea where to go to find new?
