need advice on 130 yamaha missing backfiring

took boat out yesterday motor ran good for about 15 minutes then just shutdown like no gas finally got started started to go again doat got up on plane then like it ran out of gas so changed fuel pump got started up then it run at idel speed to about half throttle missing and backfiring bad so changed plugs still does same missing and backfirig bad does anyone have any ideas planning to take carbs off next and clean please help thanks

Time to clean the carbs and fuel lines.

Pay attention to the lowest jets in the fuel bowl. They must be cleaned thoroughly. Also reverse flush the float needle seat. Debris can stop the fuel from flowing into the carb bowl. Simple job.

cleaned carb thought was very good still did not work so had enough took it to boat shop tired of it

Giving up? Cleaning the carbs is the first step. Checking the fuel pumps is next and then all the linkages.
