"Hi everyone, I'm a new guy. this is my first post, i have a mariner 25 hp out board short shaft two stroke. with a serial# 695s01706. it has manual start(rope) two cylenders. i like to know, what year it is. it also had a problem, when it started dry(with out water) it was ok in 5 to 10 second and i shut it off. but when we started with water tank we got a problem. It was stopped in around 3 second runing. i was check spark plug. i saw water on it and also saw engine oil in water tank. please help me out. what should i do? thanks for your advices."
