Mud daubers

I have a 2024 DFA 25 that mud daubers tried to make their home. It was a mess. Mud all over the place under the cowling. The motor was throwing code 1-4. I cleaned the mud out, cleaned the crank and cam sensors and all effected electrical connections. The motor turns over now and is no longer throwing codes, but will not start. I cleared the codes with the kill switch. Is there some sort additional reset I need to perform? Any thoughts?

1-4 is an cylinder temperature sensor but that shouldn’t prevent the engine from starting.

Wondering if the mud daubers got into the throttle body via the air intake silencer?

Being a fairly new engine under warranty I don’t know how deep you can go and still maintain warranty.

As far as I know there is no reset. On my Suzuki I can’t clear codes with the kill switch, codes only clear once the ECM receives signals within factory set parameters.
