running @ 3/4 throttle , suddenly droped down to 1/2 power ?? 1985 johnson 50 h.p. twin cyl. seems to run slightly better on choke.....compression @ 130 , both cyl's, went through fuel system(ok).....looks like electrical ??

Check sparks .. could be not firing on one cylinder. .. Plugs Ok?
Running better on choke points to possible fuel/carb problem

BTW give posts more meaningful titles... something that indicates what the post is about

sorry about that.......havent been on here since the last outboard problem........i changed out coils and still not running on bottom cyl.........i hope its not cdi box........is there any tests for the coils under the flywheel ???
