Mounting the power tilt for the first time

"My boat is an older boat and it didn't have power tilt. I am changing the outboard motor and the new motor has power tilt. I am trying to figure out how to mount the pump. Can someone help me with this? Also, pictures speak a thousand words so if you have pics would be apreciated. Thanks, MIKE

"Mike, The PTT pump will need to mount in the boat, someplace out of the way. The setup usually has a trim piece to cover where the hoses exit the hull to go to the motor.

BTW - lose the whale tale. it will just slow you down. Try to raise the motor up on the transom until the antiventilation plate is 1" or so above the hull bottom."
