Motor won't start

I have a 2 stroke Yamaha 50 hp - it has set up several months and now will not start. Put in new battery today and the motor cranks strong but will not fire. Checked the plug wires and they all fire. Unless the boat is used often it takes a while to crank, but not this long. Any suggestions?

Check safety switch, clean carbuators and entire fuel system. Use ring free or Sea foam. Thank's Martin
