Motor will not start 1987 45 hp

I have a 1987 45 hp evenrude it will not crank in the mornings when it is colder than 40 deg. above that it will crank and run real good
I sprayed all the ignition assy. with some ignition sealer the compression is good

I try to start the motor but get no fire at the plugs this only happens in the mornimg when it is cold outside when it warms up the motor runs fine
