motor smoking help

i have a 4 stroke 50 efi mercury its a 08 ive owned the boat since new for 3 years evertime i get out i prime the ball turn on the motor and ive noticed recently that it smokes ive never noticed this before it has a off white cloud that comes out then it stops the motor runs fine just smokes when i start up and stop running i am trying new feul and ive been going out for 3 days straight could it be that im over priming? i also have a kicker hooked up its a 4 stroke and carbourated and that deosnt smoke at all (theyre hooked up with a 3way shut off valve) any ideas or help would be apppreciated
 
Pull the plugs and check them...if they are black it is running to rich...if brown then it's burning perfectly...if white it's too lean...if the plugs are clean like new it is getting water in the combustion chamber.
