Motor shuts down when trying to go full throttle

I have a 2008 25 HP 4 Stroke Merc that ran good. Last week I was fishing and running around the lake with no problems. At the end of the day I hit the throttle to go back in ad it started to take off but bogged down and died. It wouldn't restart so I used the trolling motor to get back in.

I thought it might be the fuel filter so I replaced that and ran it with muffs on, put it in gear and revved it up some and it seemed fine. Took it out yesterday and hit the throttle and it did the same thing. When it quits it sounds metallic like maybe the cylinders running on empty. I can start it up and idle along fine although it did quit once today when I was out but started right up again. When I squeezed the primer bulb it was very soft. How soft or hard should the primer bulb be? It could be the original fuel line and that would be 15 years old now. So would that possibly cause that kind of problem?

I did change the oil and gear case oil about 3/4 weeks ago but have ran it wide open quite a few times before this started with no problems..

Here's a link to a video on the Merc FB page
Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Thank you.
