"Gary.... OMC's code for the Evinrude and Johnson engines has been the word INTRODUCES for many years. Each letter corresponds to a number such as: I=1, N=2, T=3, etc etc, but I've never heard of any such model number that starts out with FSL. The "SS" on the end of that group of letters might stand for "00" (2000) going by the OMC code as mentioned above... but for the "FSL", I have no idea. Let me know what you find out about them.
