motor not running right

I have a 1986 mercury 150, I was out running it last week and it sounded like it was starting to miss, I idled back and it died, it then wouldn't crank over. like it was seized. the motor did not get hot as I was watching the gauge and it has been working accurate. When I got the boat loaded on the trailer I tried it one more time and it then cranked over. I took it home and found out it wasn't getting oil. the alarm never sounded. I took the plugs out and squirted oil in the cylinders, fixed the oil injection and ran it on the water hose. It now is either not running on all cylinders, or something else is wrong I haven't got any power. I have spark to all spark plugs, so I think its an engine problem, any ideas?

thanks
Steve

Yeah: the rings are seized in the piston grooves. The only solution is a rerbuild. Sorry.

Jeff

PS: Here's what some of your pistons probably look like.
