"hi have a blue band 115 that starts and runs realy well on the water as long as i dont try to tow a skier on biscut . as soon as the load comes on it breaks down and will not pull .let go of the skier and away it goes good as gold .have had timing plug and mixture done . exhaust checked compressons checked angles , changed to 17"prop but nothing helps any thoughts anyone would be most welcome max"

"Max, That behaviour is consistent with the pitch of the prop being too great. Since you have gone to a 17" pitch prop, unless it is a large boat (20+), it should work. I am a bit stumped. How about a fuel restriction issue? Clean the fuel filters, have someone pump the primer bulb when you try to tow a skiier."

hi criss will try the pumping bit have looked at fuel before but didnt think of pumping the primer definatly worth a shot thanks again max
