Motor beeps

i have a 1987 evinrude 225 h/p

i have a 1987 evinrude 225 h/p and it seems like when the motor warms up it starts to beep i just redid the carbs the water pump is fine i dont no what the problem is?

We replaced the oil pump 2 times in the last 20 years. Water is getting up to the heads and pumping out the water line. Its a steady beep.
