Morse controls

Hello i have a dual morse mt2, bought it used it's missing some parts. Will another mt2 singles line up and screw together. Is a dual actually made up of two singles.

I know the older SR twins are two singles bolted together...the MT2's may be the same "under the cover" but can't say as I've never been into a dual MT2...
