More problems. fuel squirts from small hole in carb

I figured out part of my starting problem. The Neutral Switch was sticking. I bypassed it and she started
right up. Ran for a minute then began struggling, and sounded a bit like trying to go into gear, then died.
It started back up but died again. Then wouldn't start again. Then when I checked the throttle I see
fuel squirting out of a small hole in the side of the carburetor. So, flooded I guess. Anybody know about
that?

The float valve may be stuck or dirt on it.-----------Not shutting off and too much fuel is going into the carburetor.----Carburetor needs to be inspected and cleaned.
