Thanks! I think I have some work to do... I get a little over 4000 rpm with no-load and can only get 3600 underway. I can only make about 22 kts with WOT. Any ideas where to start? I will be hualing her in about 3 wks for the winter layup.

Clean the bottom and tune the props--that would be where to start. And easy does it reving it in neutral.

OUCH!!! Don't rev the bab

OUCH!!! Don't rev the babies so high in neutral. If you want to bury the throttle do it in gear. WOT should be 4400. I have 1990 454 CID 350 HP.
