I have a old 25 I need to get running, there are 2 wires on the oppisite side from where the plug wires go under the fly wheel I am not sure what they are for, could you help.this motor has a pull start and looks like it did have electric also at one time looks like someone may have removed electric.

Are they black?
Sounds like the wires for the kill switch.

Yours is 1971 in 72 they added the electric start. Does your flywheel have the ring gear on it?

Your motor is know as the 22 cubic inch model.---Available with factory electric start way back in 1958.

Actually as a similar but less cubic inch 15hp electric start in 1956.
