Missing at around 2600 rpm

I have a 2011 Mercury 150 four stroke (1B906741) that starts and runs great until I reach around 2600 rpm then it starts to miss severely. It started when I took it out first time this year. New plugs, filter every year. Has anyone experienced this issue?
