This engine was running at 5800 to 5900 rpm at WOT.The last couple times out it would only do about
5650 at WOT.Checked the throttle,it is wide open.Doe's not seem to be starving for fuel.Changed the fuel filter,did'nt help.The engine runs great and cold starts on the second pull every time.Any ideas
out there as to what's going on.

The WOT RPM for your motor is 5,000 - 6,000, so you're still OK. The 200 reduced RPM at WOT could be a lot of things, including the fuel you are running, and some changes in the boat (more weight, how it is distributed etc.), some weeds on the prop, or even a slight aging of the tach itself.
