MFS9.8A3 still making oil.

This engine has about 750 hours on it.It has always "made oil".Have to suck oil out about every 3 times out.It is rarely run wide open.Used
mostly for trolling at 1900-2000 RPM.Could that be the cause?Would running wide open more often help?Or could there be another problem.
Engine runs great otherwise.

Yes. The motor has not really broken in. The rings will seat better after 20 hours of WOT. Also, run only 10w-30 FC-W rated non-synthetic oil. Synthetics, heavier oils, slow RPMs, and cold water increase the oil making.
