"I have a 2003 75Hp four stroke Mercury motor with a yamaha powerhead. The engine wiring harness has the following colors at the main connector.Black, White, Dark Green, Pink, Brown, Light Green, Blue, and Red.
I am trying to hook up an ignition switch with the following terminals, M, S, M, B, C, I.
This motor has a ECM to control spark, advance, Etc. Does anyone know for sure which wires hook to what terminals as I do not want to smoke the ECM. There is NO YELLOW wire in this harness. Any and all help is much appreciated.
