"Hello everyone, this is my first post, but I have always browsed this site for parts & very helpful information in the past.

My kicker motor a 1985 Mercury 9.8 I suspect is having trigger problems. I do have a elec. tester but does anyone know what the specs are on this? Or maybe where I could find out online somewhere? I have removed it from the powerhead at this point.
