Mercury Thunderbolt 650 # 3548680 No Spark

I just picked up a Muecury Thunderbolt 650 Ser#3548680. I has no spark, good compression and I cleaned all the wire conections. Don't know what to to do next. is there a way to test the box with all the wires? coil not getting power when I use test light to green wire and turn it over.. Please help

Yes need help troubleshooting please. This Switchbox how can I test it and make sure it is a good working part?

The only test I know is to install it in a known working engine and see if it will run...no test procedures I'm aware.
