I have melted two Mercury Torq
I have melted two Mercury Torque tubes on my boat. I am running a merc Optimax 225 on a 24' Proline boat. I do sometimes tow my son on the boat on his wakeboard and have to accelerate quickly to get him on the plane. The prop is a mercury vengeance 17 pitch. Am I just asking too much of this torque tube? If so is there another set up I can use instead?
