Mercury parts list needed

I have a 2005 Mercury 25hp 2 stroke tiller that I want to convert to a remote. It is a manual start and it has a cmc pt35 trim and tilt, so I am looking to convert to remote shift and throttle and remote steering and possibly remote start. Motor serial number is 1B164459. What are the parts needed.

One other question will I need to change out my tilt tube and do I take out completely or can I leave the bracket part which is part of the grab handle and just take out the tiller handle only?

You can leave the swivel bracket (and tiller handle, if you want). You will need (besides a compatible remote control): 826633A1 remote control attaching kit, and 41323A2 steering attachment kit. You might want to re-think about adding electric start- the kit is about $600. This link should lead you to your parts page:

I have bought these parts, btw I had to take off the tiller handle and shifter (all of it off) in order to fit the steering bracket (41323a2) Now I need throttle and shifter control cables I got the mercury side control box 881170A 8.
What is the compatible control cable part numbers for this control box and 2005 25hp mercury motor. I think that teleflex makes extreme cables. Do they make them for this set up. Again thanks for every bodies guidance.
