Mercury part number 76637a1

I've got a 1977 Mercury v175 and the exhaust divider plate (76637a1) has a small hole in it. The problem is that the part Is nla and I can't find a used one anywhere either. Does anyone know where I might be able to locate one of these or if I could possibly modify a different divider plate to work?
