Hi,

Im from Argentina, i have got my vintage wood boat with a very old 100 HP six outboard Mercury 2 stroke motor.
yesterday somebody tolds me that the oil-fuel ratio is 1:25 for this olds motors. I usually use 1:50. Wich is the optimus ratio for this 2 stroke motor?
the only number that it has is serial [FONT=&quot]1895109[/FONT], and i can't find the model or the year of it. (i found diferent tables with diferent years).

PD: i need how it looks too, because im restoring it and i think the cover was change.

Your motor appears to be a 1965 motor as the one in the picture you posted.------------You can safely run it at 50:1 but the motor will last longer if you add more oil , say at 40:1 and that is your choice.
