mercury optimax 90hp system fault no9

hi i have a mercury optimax 90hp 2011 and the smartgauges are giving ne an alarm System fault no9 continuis alarm. When Its in full trottle does not comes out but when I reduce gas and give a little gas the alarm comes out. Any idea please?
