British Columbia, Canada. Decal dows say manufactured in Missasauga Ontario

How do you suggest I rig up a puller between flywheel and lower unit to break free rusted propshaft from crankshaft

The driveshaft is stuck.----Install flywheel puller.---Drill a hole in the skeg.----Install a rope there.----Anchor one end and use a comealong type puller on the other end.
