I just came into what I think is a Mercury or possibly a Mariner outboard motor. There is absolutely no nomenclature on it anywhere, except for a tag which has the number 37-13020. I believe this is a manual part number but I am not sure. The previous owner changed the cover because the original cracked, and there is no marking on it at all. I have looked all over the motor and see no serial no tag or part no. Does the 37-13020 give me any clue abou this motor? It looks like it might be around 2-4 HP. But that is my guess.
