I run into this now and then.

If you can carefully remove the old seal and take it to a good bearing place (like Motion Inds.) they can match it up for you. I also measure the ID of the housing and OD of the shaft to aid getting the right one.

ok JIm that is one i need but I think there is another one where the long drive shaft goes into the lower unit ,Could you look that one up for me too if you have a lower unit schematic of it,If there is one on mine it is all gone nothing to go by vince my email [email protected]
