I recently purchased this

I recently purchased this Canadian made Classic 50/45hp outboard. I have searched online for this information but no luck. I think it might be a 87 but don't really know. If anyone could help I would be thankful.Serial# OA738325. Thanks again KEN

I have a nifty fifty 45 hp merc. Bought it like new back in 1988 or 1989. Took it off my aluminum Lowe when my son tore the hull and had to get rid of the boat. Been sitting in my garage over 30 years. Probably would need to have a major service done to get it going again. Probably under 30 hours I put on it. Saw one like it gone thru in a boat shop asking 1200 for it. Will let this one go for 250 if interested.

If you are near me, I will give you 250 for it. Have the same motor, but has problems. Near Amsterdam, New York.
