I'm doing a 300 hours service since I don't know what maintenance has been done.
When I took off the impeller housing there were no 'discs' just above the impeller under the housing and on top as seen in schematics or videos I've watched. See image. The kits come with 2 orange seals and a black one. As well as a cap which you can see at the very top. There was water in the lower end unit oil when drained. No obvious damage to any parts.
Note at the bottom where the pick tool is at there is another ring seal. Does that seat in that groove where the shaft is?
From the photo can you tell me if this is the correct order.
