Mercury 9.8 water pump part number

I am working on an older 9.8 Mercury. It is one of years that had the smaller fuel connector. Does anyone know the part number for the water pump impeller?

There's two different ones. You need to cross check the motor's serial number with the motor list on this site to get the right one.

I didn't mention it but finding the serial number is the problem. Where the serial number should be is a plate with a state registration number attached. I had to buy a fuel fitting for this motor because it requires the smaller size fitting and I was under the impression that there were only two model years with this fitting. I am probably wrong about that but it seems like I read it somewhere. Maybe 1969ish... It has a red stripe on the cowl but no assurances that it has the original cowl....
