Mercury 75 Belgian made

I am trying to track down the year of manufacture of a Belgian made 75 (7.5 HP) serial number 9026656. Also is there a hand book or work shop manual for this model.

Agree - early/mid 70's model 75 (7.5 horse).

A decent manual is Seloc's "Mercury Outboard, Volume 1, 1965-1991, 1 & 2 Cylinder" - covers everything from general maintenance all the way up to rebuilding the powerhead.
