Mercury 75 2 Stroke Oil Injection Delete

Hi Everyone,

I just got a 1999 Mercury 75 Outboard with Oil Injection. I want to go pre-mix to avoid any future problems. I know there are delete plugs for the higher horse power models but cant find any info for this engine on plugs. I know you can re-route the oil lines and make a loop but I think removing the tank may be best if possible. Any help is greatly appreciated!! If you have links or part numbers that is also super helpful!!

PS.. Does anyone have a service manual link for this engine? Thanks

Here's a link to a manual, http://www.marineengine.com/manuals/seloc/mercury-outboard/seloc-marine-manual-1416.html .There are quite a few threads about deleting the injection but,IMHO, wouldn't bother as if it's maintained,it will do what it's supposed to. There will be quite a few who will disagree with me,but heh,doctors differ outboards die
