mercury 60hp efi spark plugs

Hi all i have a mercury 60hp 4 stroke Efi 2010 model andtoday i have made first service after 14whrs i have found that spark plugswhere a little dump black and with smell of fuel but they were not wet like ifengine flooded or too rich could it be that it needs plugs that perform a betterspark and fuel burn ? standard plugs are RA8HC.
