Mercury 60 hp Trim Problem

I am having problems with my M

I am having problems with my Mercury 60 hp power trim. When I push the button up or down I hear the motor running but it will not go up or down. I have checked the fluid and it is fine. I actually have the pump and motor off but do not know what is wrong. Oil shoots out of pump but hydralic still wont go up. Anyone have any ideas?

what year is the motor and is the motor a separate unit inside the boat or is it part of the ram assy
 
The motor is a 91 outboard. T

The motor is a 91 outboard. The trim motor and pump is one unit and the cylinder connects to it.
 
remove and check the o rings o

remove and check the o rings on the manual tilt release screw on the rh side of the unit

"I have the unit out of the boat which consists of the pump and the tilt/trim motor. When I hook it up to the battery, the hydraulic does not go up and down but the motor does make noise. I dont know what the problem could be.

the unit should still have a manual release screw on the starboard side of the pump assy. your link did not work for me.
